07-Day Replacement Window

We offer a 07-day replacement policy in case you receive a defective or incorrect item. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if your item is damaged or not what you ordered. Our customer support team will assist you through the process.

Replacement Eligibility

• Only defective or wrongly shipped items are eligible for replacement.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Delivery charges during the replacement process will be covered by UPrecision if the replacement is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Quality Guarantee:

We take pride in the quality of our products. We do not accept returns based on quality, as all our products are consistently crafted to meet the expected standards corresponding to their price. If you believe your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product

Returns (Customer-Initiated)

We generally do not accept returns and only do replacements. However, if you still wish to return an item for any reason:

• You will be responsible for sending the parcel back to us at your own expense.
• Once we receive and verify the returned product, your complete refund will be processed.
• If the return is due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with quality, 15% will be deducted from the total amount to cover packaging and handling charges.

Refund Process

• Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• Refunds will be made through your preferred payment method.
• Partial refunds may apply if the product is not returned in its original condition or is missing parts.

Non-Refundable Items

Personalized or customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
